I am Caitlin Clarke.

I am a wife and mother as well as psychologist and life coach with certifications in yoga, mindfulness meditation, and reiki.  I approach my life and work blending western psychology and eastern spiritual and healing practices. I strive each day to live my life with authenticity, balance, and ease and I am passionate about helping others do the same...everyday.

My Life Authentic

I live New England with my husband and two daughters. I love dark smokey coffee and craft beer, my husband’s whole food cooking (though I am getting better ;), and being in, on, or by the water. I used to work as a professional ballet dancer and teacher, and now I enjoy dancing as the music moves me, especially as impromptu dance parties in the kitchen. I am dedicated to living my life as authentically as possible according to what I value and am passionate about helping others do the same.

My Qualifications

Walking the path toward authentic living was made possible for me in part by some pretty extraordinary training experiences. I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Virginia with specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and integrative medicine. I am currently licensed as a clinical psychologist in the states of Vermont and Virginia. I received my 200-hour yoga instructor certification from Kripalu where I also completed Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra with Anne Douglas. I completed Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki training with Master Reiki Teacher, Tricia "Satya" Hurley, M.Ed, at Cup of Life Healing.

I am profoundly inspired by the work and lives of Tara Brach, Brene Brown, and Elizabeth Gilbert, and am grateful for the paths toward health and wholeness they light for all of us.
