All work is highly individualized depending on your personal needs and values. I work from a mindfulness, holistic perspective combining the best of western psychological perspectives and eastern philosophical approaches help you live a balanced and joyful life.

flexibility and CONVENIENCE

All sessions are offered face-to-face through a secure, web-based platform or via phone. Easy and convenient from the comfort of your own home, office, even car. Traveling? No problem! As long as we have a connection, I can be available through face-to-face chat, phone, and email.


Initial 90-minute consultation: $225

Follow-up Sessions: $175 for each 50 minute session.

*Coaching and consultation sessions are not reimbursable through insurance. Packages are available.

 Life Authentic Coaching

Life Authentic Coaching is not the same as psychotherapy or counseling - Our work will begin with today and look toward the future using mindfulness and yoga philosophy.

Together we will identify your personal values, set specific and tangible goals, and identify and work with barriers that get in your way of achieving these goals. Goals are deeply personal and take into consideration your whole self. Goals may relate to your relationship with self or others, personal development, career or profession, and health or wellness.

While I have a doctorate in psychology and I may use some western psychological tools in our work together, these sessions are not psychotherapy. We will not process past events or relationships, though we may identify patterns of thought and behavior that stem from past experiences and have become barriers to living the life you want. During our initial sessions, we may decide that working with a psychotherapist or counselor is better suited for your needs. If this is the case, I will support you in finding a referral.
